Welcome to www.dofactory.com ("Site") owned and operated by Data & Object Factory, LLC ("DoFactory").
By accessing, viewing, uploading, downloading, or otherwise using the Site or any webpage or feature available through the Site,
any information or product provided as part of the the Site, or by clicking 'Join Now' during the registration process,
you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
Included in this Agreement are all related agreements, such as,
which you are notified (collectively "Terms").
If you do not agree with all the Terms, do not access or use the Site and do not purchase or use the Products.
Please review all of the Terms carefully before using or accessing the Site and/or using our Products.
In the Terms, "User" "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity that accesses or uses the Site.
"Member" refers to the indivual or entity that has registered and has a 'public' account at our Site.
A "customer" refers to the indivual or entity that has purchased a product or service from our Site and has a 'private' account
(the default setting) that enables them to download or manage their purchase. "DoFactory," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Data & Object Factory, LLC.
A "private" account is only visible to the account holder (the customer). A "public" account is
visible to all Users of the Site, as well as, accessible by search engines.
DoFactory reserves the right to change, revise, and modify these Terms
from time to time at its sole discretion. These changes are effective immediately upon posting
on the Site. If you do not agree to the changes, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue
using the Site. We ask that you check for Term changes regularly.
A "private" account is used for 1) downloading purchased products, and 2) managing account settings.
It is visible to the logged-in Customer only (i.e. no other users or search engines have access).
A "public" account can also be used to download and managage products and services, but has the added
features that it allows the Member to post Topics, Replies, Comments, Reviews, etc. at the Site.
With a public account your profile is visible to all Users of the Site, as well as, search engines.
Several privacy settings allow you further control over which of your activities other Members can see of you.
Additional email alert options are available with which you control the emails sent to you.
Any account (private or public) can be closed at the sole discretion of Dofactory.
We encourage Member to build out their Profile, but it is entirely optional.
Profile contains information including, but not limited to, your name, location, education, interests, skills, projects, employment
history, professional and personal photos, etc. You decide how much you like to share or not.
By entering data into your Profile you agree that this information is public and that no proprietary
information (of you or other individuals or entities) is included.
The www.dofactory.com Site is a venue for informational and educational purposes related to .NET Design Patterns.
It allows Users and Members to ask questions, share code, and discuss issues that have come up during their
professional development work. It is expected that users post messages in a courteous manner and that their
contents are valuable and educational to other users. Messages, postings, and comments can be
edited and/or removed at the sole discretion of Dofactory.
For a fee, DoFactory makes available downloadable educational products that are
subject to the following rights and restrictions:

* SALE OR RENTAL. You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, give away, or otherwise distribute
the products or derivative works of the products on a stand
alone basis or as part of a collection, or as part of any product or service
for resale, or as part of open source software.
* NO WARRANTIES. The products are intended for educational use only and
Data & Object Factory, LLC expressly disclaims any warranty for the products.
The products and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty
of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties
or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk
arising out of use or performance of the products remains with you.
* NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall Data & Object Factory, LLC be liable
for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss)
arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if
Data & Object Factory, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some states/jurisdictions
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
the above limitation may not apply to you.
If an educational product offered by DoFactory
is not as described, your sole and exclusive remedy is to request DoFactory for a refund.
Once a refund is issued your license is automatically revoked and you must immediately delete any and all software and materials from your devices.
In the event that a course is listed with an incorrect fee, date, location, or with other incorrect
information due to a typographical or other error, DoFactory shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any enrollments for the incorrectly listed class. DoFactory
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such enrollments whether or not the
registration has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your enrollment is
canceled, DoFactory shall promptly issue a refund to your credit card
account in the amount of the charge. If a course offered by DoFactory
is not as described, your sole and exclusive remedy is to request DoFactory for a refund.
